Proof Available: {{PROOF}}
=== STEP 1: CLASSIFY THE REPLY ===
Determine if the reply is:
- **Warm** — positive, curious, asking a question, open to continue
- **Lukewarm** — non-committal, polite deflection, "maybe later"
- **Cold** — dismissive, not interested, rude, or skeptical
Explain which category it falls into and why.
=== STEP 2: WRITE THE RESPONSE ===
**If WARM:**
- Acknowledge the warmth
- Deepen the conversation with one specific insight or question
- Propose the next concrete step (call, resource share, intro)
- 80 words max
**If LUKEWARM:**
- Don't pressure — take the pressure OUT
- Add one more value drop with no ask
- Ask an open question that's easy to answer
- Leave the door open explicitly ("happy to park this and circle back in Q2 if timing is better")
- 80 words max
**If COLD:**
- Acknowledge their stance gracefully
- Thank them for the directness
- Leave a short, classy exit line ("appreciate you taking the time to reply, totally get it")
- NO argument, NO trying to change their mind, NO passive-aggression
- 40 words max
=== OUTPUT ===
1. Classification
2. The response message
3. Next steps / follow-up timing
4. A note on what you learned from this interaction that improves your outreach going forward
