=== BEHAVIORAL QUESTION TYPES ===
Build at least one STAR story for each of these categories:
1. A time you led a team through difficulty
2. A time you disagreed with a decision (and what you did)
3. A time you failed and what you learned
4. A time you delivered under pressure
5. A time you influenced without authority
6. A time you solved an ambiguous problem
7. A time you handled a difficult stakeholder
8. A time you took a calculated risk
=== STAR FRAMEWORK ===
For each story:
- **Situation** (2-3 sentences): Set the scene — company, team, timeframe, stakes
- **Task** (1-2 sentences): What specifically was YOUR responsibility or challenge
- **Action** (4-6 sentences): The specific steps YOU took — make the verbs strong, use first person ("I," not "we")
- **Result** (2-3 sentences): Quantified outcome + what you learned or how the team was changed
=== POLISH RULES ===
- Each story: 90-120 seconds spoken (about 250 words)
- Use "I" more than "we" — interviewers want to know what YOU did
- Quantify impact (numbers, timeframes, percentages)
- Include one moment of vulnerability or self-awareness in each story
- Avoid jargon and corporate-speak
- End with a learning or principle, not just the result
=== STORY REUSE MATRIX ===
For each story, note which of the 8 question types it could be used to answer (many stories can flex). Rank your top 5 strongest stories that you should prioritize memorizing.
=== OUTPUT ===
1. Full STAR stories for all 8 categories
2. Story reuse matrix
3. Top 5 strongest stories ranked
4. A "cold start" version of each (40-second compressed version for when you're short on time)
